Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your KINTO purchase; if you are not, we offer returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, items that have been used or washed cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original KINTO box and protective sleeve to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
