We prioritize high-quality, durable materials including heat-resistant glass, porcelain, stainless steel, and BPA-free copolyester. Each product page provides specific material details and care instructions.
How should I care for my glassware and ceramics?
Most of our glass and ceramic items are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend avoiding abrasive cleansers or steel wool. For items with metallic glazes or wooden components, hand washing is recommended to preserve their finish.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. KINTO products are covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. This does not cover accidental breakage or normal wear and tear.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer support team. Once the order has entered the shipping process, changes cannot be made.
